Dharam Singh was born in Nelogi village of Jevargi taluk in Kalaburagi district of Karnataka. He is trained by a very known director of the Indian Film industry Late Sh.Chetan Anand saheb member. He is proficient in speaking Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati, and English. He has done his graduation from Govt. Hr. Sec. School Kalka Haryana and presently resides in Mumbai, Maharashtra. He began working as Sanjay Khan's assistant director on the movie ParamVeer Chakra.
