Suzad Iqbal Khan is an Indian writer, director, actor, assistant director, camera and electrical department man, and a cinematographer. Suzad was born in a small town in Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir. He completed his schooling from an Army school, and after that, he had taken the SSB exam. He cleared the exam and got selected for NDA. While he was studying in college, he was interested in moving to Mumbai to make films.

He used to participate in plays and skits during his school days, and he developed a liking for direction and writing for movies. When he came to Mumbai, he started his career by working with ace Director Ram Gopal Varma as an assistant for the film Rakta Charitra.

He made his debut as a writer, actor, and director from the film Monsoon (2014). He played the character of an accountant in the feature film. The movie revolved around a fifteen years old boy falling in love with a widowed twenty eight-year-old lady and protecting her from the society.
