Udita Bhargava

Udita Bhargava is a famous Hindi director. She works in India and Germany. She has studied English literature at St Stephen’s College, Delhi University. She has done graduation from Film University Babelsberg Konrad Wolf, Germany. With the dream of becoming a writer, she joined the Centre for Mass Communications at Jamia Millia Islamia University with the idea of becoming a professional photojournalist upon completion of her master’s. She has gained various awards for her short films around the world. She is also famous for Imraan, C/O Carrom Club. They won the 3SAT award at the 60th Oberhausen film festival and were broadcasted by 3SAT/ZDF. She understood that filmmaking is an art. Films are made by people to provide quality content to their audience. She is known for her famous feature film Dust (2019) which has been selected for the 69th Berlin International Film Festival.
