Rajesh Vedprakash

Rajesh Ved Prakash is an Indian dubbing artist, director, and a voice trainer. He was born in the district of Pataudi, Haryana. His birth name was Rajesh Ved Prakash Maingi. He is a versatile voice artist as he can speak Hindi, Urdu, and English (British, American, and Canadian). Rajesh is an alumnus of Panjab University, Chandigarh. In 1991, he completed his post graduation from the Indian Theatre, Panjab University.

After completing his education, he moved from Pataudi to Mumbai in 1991. Rajesh Ved Prakash worked for renowned TV channels like MTV, Zee TV, Discovery, Sony, etc.

He has even done compering for various national and international live shows along with various famous Bollywood singers. He has performed on various projects which include commercials, promos, audio books, documentaries, movie and game trailers, and pod casts. This program aired on Cartoon Network and Pogo in 2004. He hosted live shows and even directed short feature films and documentaries. He has worked on and produced various short films on women-oriented social issues like female foeticide and dowry.

Apart from such social problems he has also produced documentaries on Biblical stories and Panchatantra. In addition to short films, he has also written scripts for and directed Light and Sound shows and certain other live shows. He then went on to organize workshops with renowned author Late Partap Sharma for Partap Sharma’s Voice Workshop, Iaan Creations.

His workshops are generally about communication skills. He also gives training for voice modulation for performing any specific character voices, a leading voice for radio spots and even television. He has a warmth and depth in his voice which is likely to be suitable for presentations and narrations. Most of the roles that he has lent his voice for are for a young adult male or a middle-aged male as his voice is very fitting for these roles.

He has also been a part of the different sound and light shows for heritage festivals, historical places, etc. He also promotes body building and is one of the chief sponsors of Panchkula Body Building and Fitness Association. He is himself interested in body building and is a sportsman.
