Avi Dam is an Indian personality and a native of Darjeeling. During his initial career, he was a camera operator for the filmmaking industry. Avi Dam shifted to Mumbai to complete his filmmaking education and attended a course at Whistling Woods International. He then went to the editing and post-production department. Avi Dam has also worked as a script supervisor, and many of his films have been televised on mobile apps like Hotstar and Arre & Civic Studios. He worked in the editorial department for the making of films like Sukhee, Taaza Khabar, Faadu, Thai Massage, Dr Aora, Shabaash Mithu, Bravehearts (TV series), 36 Farmhouse, Dhamaka, 200: Halla Ho, and Bones (TV series).
