Payal Singhal

Payal Singhal is a young, creative and charismatic fashion designer known for bagging the “Designer of the Year “Shoppers’ Stop,”merely at the age of 15. The winning look of “Aishwarya Rai” at Miss World Contest is credited to no one else, but Payal Singhal. She has been born and brought up in Mumbai and hails from the family of fashion, art, and photography. She is a leading fashion designer in the clothing line, especially Indian bridal, who owns a fashion house established in 1999.

She has designed dresses for leading actresses and models for ramp walk and shows. She completed her graduation in fashion designing from SNDT’ Women’s University, Mumbai. Her excellent black bridal collection “Satanic Verse” at SNDT proved her the upcoming future designer of India, as the whole collection was sold out. She also has a certificate course from Fashion Insitute of Technology, Newyork, after which she launched her fashion label in Mumbai from her Parent company.

She believes in the self –articulation of designs based on innovative ideas that make her different from other designers in the industry. She has a clientele base from both the national and international celebrities and models. Being young and dynamic, she gives herself an opportunity to explore more and more so that she could be called “critically acclaimed” rather than being stuck to traditional and dormant styles.
