Shaasthra Shetty is a supermodel from Udupi. She was crowned Miss Queen Karnataka at the Miss South India 2018 contest held in Cochin, Kerala. The damsel had competed with 35 contestants from across five states of India. Next came her selection for the Miss Queen India in July 2018. The Miss Mangaluru title is yet another jewel in her crown. Shetty pursued her early education from People's High School in Goa and high school and PUC in Vidyodaya School, Udupi. She then bagged a degree in Media and Communications from the School of Communication, Manipal University.
She now aspires to complete the IFS and become an Indian Ambassador. Her father, Shashi Shetty, runs a hotel business in Goa. Her mother, Sharmila, is a housewife. Shetty is also the founder of the Aadi Project that deals with creating awareness among children about toxic masculinity. She has a penchant for reading and is a published writer. This multi-talented lady is also a national-level debater and rock artist. Shetty is also the Postcards for Peace Goodwill Ambassador. This initiative is an attempt to create prejudice and discrimination-free society. Shetty has a balanced approach to life. She describes herself as a passionate individual, motivated by pure intentions and actions.
