Ishan Jotshi is an actor, writer, and filmmaker who hail from New Delhi. He did Telecommunication Engineering at R.V. College of Engineering at Bangalore. He started to work in the film industry, as an Assistant Director, at Roy Kapur Films. Then, he worked at Clean Slate Films Pvt. Ltd. as Assistant Director. He became interested in stage management and direction during his stay in Bangalore. He also has experience with theatre production houses like Bangalore Little Theatre, Underdog Entertainment, Barking Dog Productions, etc. Later, he moved from Bangalore to Mumbai to work on the film ‘Sky is Pink,’ which marked the beginning of his journey in the film industry.
