Neelam Kumar Phull

Named as N.K Phull, he is an Indian actor who has performed in films and also in television serials. N.K Phull is from Jammu and Kashmir later shifted to Jammu. He started his career at Jammu and Kashmir Academy of Art and Culture in 1979 by joining their work shop. He completed his graduation and got his first break which was in 1989.
