Santosh Ojha is an Indian theatre personality who has appeared in mainstream films and advertisements. In 1982, Santosh was born in the city of Ghaziabad. Santosh is a native of Buxar, a city which is famous for its historical significance. He completed his schooling at St. Johns High School, Patna. Santosh took admission at Jamia Millia University, New Delhi. However, Santosh joined the University of Allahabad and graduated from the college itself. Santosh went to Punjab University where he was in the department of theatre.

Eventually, Santosh got his post-graduation degree in 2004. However, Santosh felt that he needed to work hard to get a decent job in the industry. So, Santosh enrolled his name at the Film & Television Insitute of India, Pune. Santosh became a member of Sri Ram Center Repertory where he worked as an artist for three years. While acting in plays, Santosh befriended directors like Rajesh Kaul, Govind Namdev, G Kumar Varma, Rudradeep Chakraborty, Pankaj Prakash, Adil Hussain, and others too.

If we talk about Santosh’s television career, Santosh was in Goldie Behl’s Reporters where he portrayed a police inspector ArunKhurana. The show had Rajeev Khandelwal and Kritika Kamra in the lead roles where they essayed the roles of journalists. Later, Santosh got the character of Ram HariharanRayher, a social activist in Agneya Singh’s M Cream. M Cream dealt with four youngsters who set off in search of “M Cream,” an imaginary and mythical drug as they do not get marijuana for their pastime. It also explored several social issues in the form of this movie. With Naseeruddin Shah’s son Imaad, Tom Alter and Ira Dubey also play pivotal roles in this off-beat flick. Although M Cream could not perform well at the Box-Office, the motion picture managed to receive various accolades at renowned film festivals around the world.

Santosh collaborated with Rajesh Kaul for the project Tabir. He was the protagonist of the show for thirteen episodes. Tabir broadcasted on Doordarshan, and it took terrorism as its theme. Santosh has done a lot of stage shows such as Agni Barkha, Comedy of Errors, EkGadhe Ki Aatma Katha, and Three Physicists. In fact, Santosh has directed a short film “ManvataParmoDharam,” polio commercials, and promotional videos for corporate houses. He was a part-time teacher too as Santosh taught acting in Ghaziabad’s DPS Vasundhara school and Yashika film institute in Gurugram. His recent Bollywood venture was Zila Ghaziabad with Sanjay Dutt and Arshad Warsi in the flick.
