This Lucknow-based girl, Shriswara looked out for window of opportunities for a big break, for a long time. She pursued science at school, yet continued to have the innermost desire of performing arts, all her life. She recalled in one of her interviews, stating that she and her sister used to watch movies all the time, regularly at a neighborhood theater or via the VHS at home. One fine day, she stumbled upon, the SRK starrer film, Dil Toh Paagal Hai and craved to be an actress since then.

She was into theatrical performances, mostly dance related. She then happened to take part in a pageant while in the U.S and upon winning the runner-up, she convinced her loved ones, that she does have what it takes to step into Bollywood. Her first film, which was more like a sneak peak to Shriswara in the industry. She played Milkha Singh’s wife, Nimmi. The film was quite long and hence her role in it, was cut short. Then, came her chunky role in ‘D-day’ were she recalled how the director used to describe Nafisa’s feelings in the film, and Shriswara would imbibe those feelings and enact and the same.

It is obvious that Shriswara is simply passionate about acting after having witnessed her performance in her debut film.
