She honed her passion through hard work, and it improved her quality as an actor and writer. She presented her quality in short films, indie features, TV pilots, and commercials. Aish became a multi-talented film industry professional recognized for her film roles. Aish became known for her talent as a producer and writer for numerous films. She practiced being an associate producer for multiple films under Anand Pandit Motion Pictures. It was her father's production company.

She handled the production of the movies, The Big Bull and Chehre. Aish acted as Maya in the short film, She Doesn't Sleep in 2021. It was her original product of work where she showcased her grippy story writing skill. She acted as Al in the TV show "Al & Joshua." In 2022, she played Grace in the short film Wallpaper and as a wife in Stone Soup. Apart from being a multi-talented individual in the entertainment industry, Aish is also the Chief Creative Officer for Nature4Nature, a new cosmetic company based in Mumbai. Throughout her career, Aish Pandit's engagement in numerous facets of filmmaking demonstrates her versatility and love of the profession.
