Vinod Bachchan

Vinod hails from Etah in Uttar Pradesh. He was brought up in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. His passion for filmmaking never diminished even though his family had no connection to movies. He lost his parents by the time he reached adolescence. He decided to move to Mumbai after that. He approached different people for work and initially worked as an assistant in various fields of filmmaking including editing and directing. Moving to a city like Mumbai with not much finance posed an obstacle in his dream of becoming a producer. The work as an assistant didn’t provide enough for a decent living, thus turning his concentration to real estate business.

He set up a real estate business and focused on improving his finances as a starter. Other than the real estate business, he had several other retail stores in Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad. He wanted to be different as a producer; he didn’t just want to invest money for a project. Vinod took out the time and studied various prospects of filmmaking before heading into production. He learned to how to do screenwriting, cinematography, and direction. He is a firm believer in knowing different aspects of a certain field to help improve one’s viewpoint regarding the work.
