Sarmad Sehbai is a Pakistani poet and film director, popular amongst the audience for his work in movies like Mah e Mir (2016), Peacock Palace (2016), and Laa (2014). Mostly known for his predominant involvement in movies, dramas, and TV shows, he has often been praised for the way he captures the minds of the readers and his eye for details.
Based in Lahore, he graduated from the Government College, Lahore where he was a popular face for his skills as an Udru poet. In 2016, the film Mah e Mir, which featured Sarmad as a writer was nominated for the Oscar awards from Pakistan.
