Chandan Deo, is a similar personality who has been working in the Indian television industry as a casting manager for more than 10 years now. He started his career on the small screen as an executive producer of Balaji telefilms for a very popular and long term soap opera Kyuinki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi. 

Later he started casting for big and super hit production houses like Triangle Film Productions, Ekta Kapoor's Balaji Film Productions and Swatik Pictures.
