Born and brought up in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, Namik Paul is quite a talented actor. The actor was born on 19th September which makes him a Virgo. He did his education from Doon Institute of Management and Technology. Later, he went to the States for higher studies. He currently resides in Mumbai, Maharashtra in India and is now a well-known face in the entertainment and television industry. He is an animal lover and is especially fond of dogs. The actor was a good basketball player during his teenage years. In his family, he is quite attached to his mother and has taken her advice while making the important decisions of his life.

Pursuing acting since his childhood days, he did theater in school times. He is also a successful model and has also done some daily soaps and TV advertisements. He has also worked for NDTV 24*7, a leading news channel but had to quit due to the hectic schedule. The actor has admitted that the pressure of work in the industry was so high that he ended up in the ICU twice during that time. He then pursued his interest in modeling and did theater in Delhi.
