Shyam Kishore is an onstage dramatist and an Indian actor. He is known for his work prominently on the Indian television. He is a native of Mumbai and currently resides there. He has learned the art of acting and drama from the National School of Drama in New Delhi. From here, he gained a post graduation diploma in dramatics in the year 2003.
Over the years, he has been seen playing many characters in both television and films. One of the more notable films in which Shyam Kishore acted was Lamhaa: The Untold Story of Kashmir. This movie was released on screen, in the year 2010. He has also appeared in movies like Shaurya in 2008, and Nissabd in the year 2007.
He has been a regular cast of shows like Crime Patrol and CID. Both of the shows air on the Sony TV channel. He has also been a director of many dramas, where he has been the director of around 10 plays.
He has been associated with drama societies like Indian People's Theatre Association (IPTA), Drama Club of Jawaharlal Nehru University and recently, Preksha. Here, he has been an active member where he has participated in many plays and dramas.
