Rutuja Bagwe is a dancer cum actress from India. She is also a trained Bharatanatyam dancer and she also theatre artist and worked in many plays. She is mostly involved in the Marathi cinema and television industries. She made her feature film debut in the Marathi film "Shaheed Bhai Kotwal." She also has a sister named Anuja Bhagwe. She has been involved in acting and plays since she was a child, and she has won several national and district level co-curricular championships.

Bagwe attended Prale Tilak Vidayala and Raigad Military School before graduating with a B.Sc. in Mathematics from Maharshi Dayanand Mahavidyalay. Bagwe began her career in 2008 with a commercial Marathi production, Gochi Premachi, and has since appeared in plays such as Girgaon through Dadar, Silent Scream, and Ananyaa.
