Sehrish Ali

Since from her childhood, Sehrish Ali wanted to be an actress and used to perform in front of her family and friends. Her passion for becoming a star was the main reason she shifted to Mumbai from Bhopal.

She played many supporting roles in tv-shows like Mann Kee Awaaz-Pratigya (December 7, 2009-October 27, 2012), aired on Star Plus, in which she played the role of the lead character’s (Pratigya) best friend. In the tv show, she and Pratigya’s brother liked each other a lot, but her dreams were soon crushed when Pratigya’s brother married Pratigya's sister-in-law. 

In Diya Aur Baati Hum (August 29, 2011- to date), aired on Star Plus, she was cast as the sister-in-law of the lead character (Sandhya). Sehrish Ali has worked as a model in many fashion shows, but her fame is also based on her scandals with her ex-boyfriend named Jahangir, from Bhopal. Her leaked videos and tv interviews about her past life has left an enormous strain on her reputation, and that is one of the reasons why some of the news reporters call her New Rakhi Sawant.

She loves to cook and usually helps her mother when she has spare time on her hands. As she is not in a relationship any longer, she wants to focus on her career, instead of her love life and wants to be known as one of the best actresses in Indian television.

Sherish Ali is an Indian television actress who has made her appearance in various daily soaps and television soaps. She was born and brought up in Bhopal in Madhya Pradesh. Initially, she came to Mumbai to pursue her dream of becoming a well-known actress. She did modeling for a while until she entered into acting. She comes in minor roles in famous daily soaps aired on channels like Zee TV and Star Plus. She has played the character of ‘Payal Sinha’, who is the daughter of Akhiles Sinha and Shobha Sinha. Though it was a minor character but Sherish’s adaptability and justice to the character is very impressive. As this show rose to be among the best during its telecast, it also led to Sherish’s talent on limelight for quite a while. Sherish has shown continuous growth and versatility in her acting skills.
