Gaurav Gill

Gaurav Gill is a director, assistant director, creative/executive producer, promo producer, writer, associate producer, and software developer from Mumbai. He completed his Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Punjab Technical University. Gaurav then completed his post-graduation diploma in films, TV, and digital film production from the Xavier Institute of Communication. He started his career as a software developer under Wipro Technologies, a company based in Bangalore, Hyderabad, where he worked for two years. He later worked as an assistant director under Lemon Yellow Sun Films for a few months. Gaurav's next project was for Dream catchers Films, he worked as an associate producer for the TV show Health Mange More, a food-based show with top chef Shantanu Gupte and ace nutritionist Dr. Anjali Mukherjee, who prepared food with various health benefits.

He worked as a promo producer for MTunes in Mumbai where he worked for two years handling projects, conceptualizing and referencing for content. In 2014, he worked as a creative/executive producer under Maximum Media Pvt. Ltd. where he worked for TV shows like Once More With Jaaved Jaaferi. The show is a nonfiction show about blockbusters of Hindi cinema of the 60s-70s. The show reveals interesting trivia, facts, and stories about the characters, makers, and the making, with impressive mimicry of the masters of Hindi cinema.

His second show was Back To Flashback, a nonfiction show about the hit songs of 90's Bollywood, hosted by Jaaved aaferi. The show revealed interesting facts about the hit tracks and their makers. In 2015, he took the job as a director(TV show) under Pitchblack, a Mumbai-based entertainment company. He worked for the TV show The Interiors Show, a non fiction, lifestyle, anchor-based show where they showcased the work of Bombay's top interior designers, meeting the experts and exploring the most premium lifestyle stores in Mumbai. It aired on Magicbricks Now channel.
