Saurabh Bhave

Saurabh Bhave is a well-known Indian screenplay and dialogue writer, and director. He predominantly works for the Marathi Film Industry. After making his debut in the film named “Haapus'' in 2010, Saurabh also participated in the writing of several other popular movies like “Hawaizaada (2015), Taryanche Bait (2011), and Hrudayantar, a drama film directed by Vikram Phadnis in 2017. As an assistant director, he worked in the movie called “Lottery” released in 2018. As a dialogue and screenplay writer, he also worked in “Surajya (2014), “Hawaizaada (2015), Hapoos (2010), and Taryanche Bait.”

In the year 2018, he worked for several other films like “Chumbak and Pipsi.” With the Marathi film “Bonus," Saurabh made his directorial debut in the year 2020. In association with Govind Ubhe, Kanchan Patil, Arjun Singgh Baran, N Anupama, and Kartik Nishandar, the film is produced by "Lion Crown Entertainment" starring Gashmeer Mahajani and Pooja Sawant in lead roles. Sandeep Bhave and Sandeep Modi won the “Best Screenplay” award in the “Pune International Film Festival.” He rightfully claimed the honor for writing effectively the coming-of-the-age story based on the perspective of two Marathi teenagers of the Indian society in a complex setting. Both the writers received Rs.25,000 as a cash prize along with the award.
