It was a big break for the boy where he played the character of an ISIS agent. The film got screened at the Vancouver International Film Festival of 2017. It was an achievement for the rising star to work with Sean Bean and learn from him. The movie narrates the story of a man living a secretive life of a contract drone operator; the life takes a turn when one uninvited guest takes refuge in his house. It got revealed later that the man is a Pakistani businessman who is there to take revenge for his dead wife and son. He lost them in the drone attack a year back and thinked the person responsible for all that is Neil, the drone operator. With a lots of twists and turns, the movie takes the audience on a voyage of hatred, secrecy, revenge, self-realization, and redemption. Sefton Fincham and Ken Frith produced the film.

Avinash had the role of a strict ISIS agent, who is devoted to his duty and is very serious towards his work. The film gave the message to choose the target wisely as you could not guess who you may be targeting. It also raises a question on such operations where hundreds of innocent people got killed. He worked with the look to the sky films and Gold Star Production. He also featured in one of the seasons of the famous television series Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya in the year 2015. It was his debut in the Hindi Television Industry. He played a negative role with very dark shades and got a lot of appreciation for it. His act was effortless and too genuine for the audience. The character was abusive, brass and inhuman to an extent but Avinash portrayed all the emotions brilliantly and stole the heart of the cinema viewers.
