SK Basheed

The talented and dedicated SK Basheed is a director, producer and an actor. He grew up under the influence of the film industry. Born to screenwriters Ibriham and Azimunnisa, in Andhra Pradesh, Vejandala village. His humble beginnings got him to idolize hero Pawan Kalian and Nandmurili Balakrishna. He is commonly called SBK. After completing his schooling from an Urdu high school, he went on to pursue a commerce degree at AC College, Andhra Pradesh.

He spent the rest of his years watching movies and getting inspired by them. He later dropped out of college and began working as an assistant director in a company called DAD in 2005. The turning point in his career came along with his directorial and writing début film Allare Allari The show AllareAllari is a Telugu TV series that b >> Read More... , which was critically acclaimed.

The film was produced by SBK Films Pvt Ltd, a company that he set up in 2006. He got the best director award for this film. He made his first acting début in 2013 in a Kannada film called Benki Birugali, a action comedy film that was also produced by SBK Films. His other film Satyamev Jayate became a thrilling hit nationwide. It released on 10 August 2010, with hero Rajshekhar and Sridevika as the heroine. Since 2014, he has worked on a film called 100% Waste Fellow, which is still under production.
