Mohan Kupleri, an Indian film director, who works predominately in the Malayalam film industry made his debut in the industry as a director with the 1992 film Grihaprevesam, which is about a mix-up in Guruvayoor temple due to whicha wrong couple get married. His films include ‘Nandini Oppol’ (1994), ‘Kaathil Oru Kinnaram’ (1996), ‘Dravidan’ (1998), ‘Kattathoru Penpoovu’ (1998), ‘Savithriyude Aranjanam’ (2002), ‘Payum Puli’ (2007), ‘Evadaina Sare’(2007), ‘Grihanathan’ (2012).

. While working with him, he worked on movies like Elippathayam, Mukhamukham, Anantaram among many other which won many national and international awards. Mohan Kupleri has also worked on commercial advertising films, which he scripted and directed.
He has also directed several TV series which include Swaram, which won the Television Critics' Award for best serial in 2006. He won the Kerala Film Critics Award for Best Director for Kattukurangu. He also won Kerala State Television Award for second best serial several times for many of his TV series.
