Ramu Kariat is an Indian Film Director. He works in the Malayalam Film Industry. Ramu was born on the 1st of February in the year 1927. He was born in Engandiyur, Kerala, in India. He has a daughter whose name is Suma Devan. Ramu started his career in the Film Industry with the Malayalam Film Neelakkuyil (1954).
He then worked for more films like Mudiyanga Puthran (1961), Chemmeen (1965),

Ramu died on the 10th of February in the year 1979 in Trivandrum, Kerala.
