Sruthi Lakshmi

Sruthi Lakshmi is a beautiful and talented South Indian actress. She was born in the year 1989 at Kannur as Sruthi Jose, the daughter of actor couple Jose & Lizy Jose. Sruthi’s elder sister Laya is also an upcoming television and movie actress. Sruthi started her career in the year 2000 through the serial Nizalukal. Nizhalukal was telecasted by Asianet television channel and directed by Ranjit Sankar. This was the first horror serial in Malayalam. The story was about a small girl Lakshmi who started behaving like a sixty year old lady. This show was based on some original stories. The serial was a huge hit among the audience. Sruthi’s acting was highly appreciated, leading to more opportunities. She was facilitated with critics’ award for her debut serial. She later acted in serials like detective Anand and Nakshathrangal as a child artist. She later acted as a child actress in movies like Manikyan, Ben Johnson, Swarna Medal and Swayamvara Panthal. She debuted as a heroine in the movie Romeo, opposite Dileep. She acted in many movies in lead and supporting roles, but is still awaiting her big break. She is also making a move in Kollywood with the movie Paraseega Mannan. Sruthi completed her education at Trivandrum before shifting her complete focus to movies. Sruthi has acted in albums and participated in shows like Onnum Onnum Moonnu, Kerala Café, Ivide Ingane Aanu Bhai, Srikantan Nair Show and many other talk shows. She was also a celebrity judge for many leading reality shows.
