Rajalakshmy is a popular singer in the Malayalam film industry. She made herself popular as a singer in the Malayalam film industry by winning the ‘Kerala State Film Award’ for the position of the best playback singer in the year 2011. Apart from the Malayalam movies, she also gave her voice to the Tamil and Kannada movies also. She was born on 13th of October in Ernakulam. She belonged to the musical family. Her passion for the music was recognized by her mother when she was so young. Her mother’s name was Parvathy. She was an excellent singer of her age. She had done her matriculation from St.Ann’s English Medium Higher Secondary school located in Eloor and also from the Government Girls Higher Secondary School situated in Ernakulam. She had completed her Bachelor’s degree from St.Teresa’s College located in the Ernakulam in the English language. Her spouse is Abhiram Krishnan. They were married on 24th of November in the year 2004. The cute couple was blessed with a son whose name is Aaryan. She has started her career as a singer in the early stage of her life.
