Vettukili Prakash

Vettukilli Prakash also called as Prakash, was born in 1966 in Elthuruth, Thrissur, India. Vettukilli's real name is Prakash V.G. He is an Indian actor. Prakash works for the Malayalam film industry. He rose up from Ayyanthole in Thrissur, India. Prakash did schooling from his hometown and completed his graduation from the School of Drama in Stage acting in Thrissur.

He started his career in 1987. This year, he made his first debut in the movie “Theertham.” Starting right from 1987, he came into the picture. In 1988 he was seen in Isabelle as well as in Piravi as Tony and Hari respectively. Then in 1989, he did Pooram. After that, he did dravidan, vanarasena, etc. In the 19s he did 16 movies altogether.

The films he did in his 19s have mostly belonged to the comedy genre. In the year 2000, he enacted in KOCHU SANTHOSHANGAL as Sukumaran in which his performance has been appreciated a lot.

Then he debuted in achuvinte amma as kunjoy, bhagyadevatha as Charlie, Kada thudarunnu as venkiti, urumbthukal urangarilla as Bhaskaran and thondimuthalam driksakshiyam as sreekndan in the year 2005, 2009, 2010, 2015 and 2017 respectively. Then in the year 2018, he debuted in the movie Premasoothram as Suramania Pappan. In the year 2019, he has seen in the virus. In this movie, Prakash is playing the role of an ambulance driver named Sadashivan.

As he has enacted a comedy role most of the time, he also acted in a serious role in some of the movies. Prakash is a versatile actor, balancing his both mood roles equally.
