Aditya Modak is a famous Hindustani classical musician and actor who works predominantly in Marathi and Hindi film industry. Born on October 28, 1988, Modak started classical music training under Pt. Chandrakanth Parkar at the age of five. He also became the disciple of Pt. Pradeep Dhond and Pt. Ram Deshpande. Being a chartered accountant by profession, Aditya left the job for his love of music. He has received several music scholarships, including the Government of India's National Scholarship, the Sawai Gandharva Scholarship, and the Bhimsen Joshi Scholarship of the University of Mumbai.

Aditya Modak started his career in the film industry with the documentary 'Gaan Yogi.' Released in 2010, he played the role of Pt. D. V. Paulskar. He was the background music director for the movie 'Nilkanth Master' (2015). Aditya was the lead playback singer of the 2018 Marathi serial ' Saare Tujhyachsathi Saare Tujhyachsathi is a Marathi romance drama TV >> Read More... ,' streaming on Sony Marathi. A singer-turned-actor, Modak also played the lead role in the international award-winning movie 'The Disciple.' Directed by Chaitanya Tumhane, Adithya played the role of Sherad Narulkar in the film.
