Nilesh Limaye is a popular chef, author cum host, born on 24th November 1972 in Thane. He is an expert in Indian, Japanese, Thai, Chinese, Italian, Indonesian, and Mediterranean food. He went to MSHIMCT, Pune. Nilesh’s nickname is Sindbad, the Chef. After completing his education, he joined a hotel and worked for a couple of years. Grande Chef Emeritus, Hemant Oberoi, was his trainer. Chef Sanjay Malkani and Chef Satish Arora, the popular chefs, had also mentored Nilesh. Nilesh had also worked at The Taj Air Caterers, the Flight Catering unit, and the Hiranandani hospital. Nilesh had worked in a resort of Emir of Bahrain. It is on Hawar Island, between Qatar and Bahrain. He had also worked in Mexico, Denmark, New Orleans, and at the Buckingham Palace.

Besides working in many restaurants and organizations as a Head Chef, Nilesh works as a consultant and provides suggestions for kitchen and food-related issues, such as Menu planning, food cost, kitchen designing, etc. Nilesh had also authored many culinary books. He wrote in Marathi, Good Morning Cookbook, Good Morning Nyahari, and Chaupati food, and all these books are very popular among food lovers. Amhi Saare Khavvaiyye is his coffee table book. Nilesh hosted an episode of the TV Show Amhi Sare Khawaiye on Zee Marathi. He had also judged the Colors TV show, Mallika-E-Kitchen.

Nilesh organized a blood donation camp on International Chefs' Day. He also organized a charity luncheon on that day and captured the attention. He was one of the important people in popularizing the Shiv Vada Pav concept designed to popularize the dish. Nilesh Limaye owns All 'Bout Cooking, which provides F&B solutions to new and existing restaurateurs. Nilesh is also associated with Zikomo and Trikaya in Pune, Tenzo Temple in Thane, and Gypsy Chinese in Dubai.
