Kumudini Pednekar was a Marathi singer. She was the famous singer of the 1990s time. She has sung many famous songs of her time. Such songs are Kashi Sampali Raat, Gokulala Ved Lavile, Chal Chal Chandra Pasar, Nyahari Krishnachi Gheuni, etc. Many of her songs are also available in the form of poems. She sang only Marathi songs and has worked with many big names/celebrities. The songs that she sang during her life span mostly included “Bhavgeet” or emotional poetries. One of her famous songs, Kashi Sampali Raat, was penned by C.D. Madgulkar. She passed away on 16th March 1999.
