She became famous for her work in Zee Marathi serials like Vadalvat, Asambhav, Advocate Shalini, Namaskar Mandali, and Saheb, Biwi aani Mi. Neelam also worked in popular Marathi channels like Mi Marathi, Star Pravah, DD Sahyadri, and ETV Marathi. Some of her popular filmography work includes Gadbad Gondhal in 2018, Tendulkar Out in 2013, Pratisaad: The Response in 2010, Ekda Kay Zale Bayko Udali Bhur, and many others.
She got several awards like Best Vamp role and Best Supporting Actress.
