Ashish Virkar is a renowned Indian screen and novel writer known for his work in Marathi cinema. He was born and raised in Mumbai and completed his Bachelor's degree in Engineering from VJTI College in Mumbai. After completing his studies, Ashish started his career as a Business Development Officer in different MNCs, where he gained valuable experience in Market Research, Quality audits and quality control. Despite having a successful career in the corporate world, Ashish's passion for writing led him to pursue his dream of becoming a screenwriter.
He made his debut in the Marathi film industry with the movie "Tu Tithe Asave," which was well-received by the audience and critics alike. Ashish's writing skills also earned him a chance to write the screenplay for the upcoming Marathi movie "Vegli Watt". Ashish's background in engineering, combined with his creative writing skills, has made him a unique and versatile writer.
