Yuyush Dhakal, a Cinematographer, Photographer, Drone Pilot, and Editor in the Nepali Film Industry studied Business Administration at Columbus from 2010 to 2012. He has a Motion Graphics and Visual Effects Certification from Neosphere issued in October 2020. Yuyush Dhakal has an in-depth knowledge of filming technicalities and post-production. He was responsible for recording and capturing video and audio of the players and host's activities at Ko Banchha Crorepati (KBC)- the Nepali version of the international TV franchise Who Wants to be a Millionaire, from September to October 2018. He worked at Himalaya Roadies- a franchise show of Indian MTV Roadies, to record videos and audios of contestants, judges, and hosts, as well as shoot other promotional and montage visuals from February 2017 to July 2019.Â
He documented the filming of Black Narcissus- a new adaptation of Rumor Godden's 1939 novel, in Nepal from September to October 2019. He worked as a Cinematographer for the indoor shoot of the TV show Ainaa from January to April 2021. He worked to capture the live footage of the annual international football tournament, 19th Aaha! Rara Gold Cup, held in Pokhara, Nepal, for broadcasting from March to April 2021. He has worked as a Co-Cinematographer in the short film Everestman (2022). He was the behind-the-scenes photographer in the short Ashmina (2018), which qualified for the Oscar at both Jerusalem and Krakow for Best Short Film.
