Baljeet Kaur Johal, born and raised in Amritsar, Punjab, is a highly sought-after emcee and stage anchor. She is the most famous Punjabi anchor and has hosted 150-plus shows. Baljeet Kaur started anchoring in 2008. She is also a supermodel and actress. She was a national-level cricket player who attended the under-19 cricket camp.

As an anchor, she has done 100-plus episodes of an interview-based show, Pindan Vichon Pind, without any script. She hosted the Bollywood night at the Common Wealth Games and the World Cup 2012. She has also hosted Gali Cricket with renowned judges, leaders and Bollywood actors. She has hosted shows PTC Showcase and Hello PTC for PTC Channel. She volunteered to anchor for the documentaries Pingalwara and Sarhad De Rakshak. She also hosted the Global Punjabi Diwas, 2011, which celebrates the glory of the Punjabis.

As a model, she has done shows of INEFD and IIFT. She has also done modelling for the video songs Suhag and Ford Tractor. As an actress, she debuted in a Punjabi movie, Dil Taini Karda Hai Pyar.
