Annu Bains is a famous producer, entrepreneur, social activist, and interior architect working in the Punjabi film industry. She is known for producing the 2015 film Qissa Punjab. She is a successful interior designer and has studied interior design at various institutions in India and the U.S.A. She started her design career by designing hotel rooms and has undertaken various successful projects. Apart from being a producer and interior designer, she is associated with the culinary industry for many years.
Passionate about food and culture, she became an entrepreneur and started a restaurant called Brooklyn Central in Chandigarh in 2013. Apart from curating the menu and the food, she has also undertaken the interior design work of the restaurant to give away American vibes.In 2019, she opened a new restaurant in Melbourne, Australia with her son Ganeev Bains, who is a restaurateur.  She has also designed the entire restaurant decor by combining both Traditional Indian and Modern designs.Â
