Semini Iddamalgoda is a well-known Sri Lankan Actress in Cinema, Theatre and Television. She was born on 19 June 1973 in Colombo, Sri Lanka. She did her schooling at Niyagama Primary School, Elpitiya. She is married to a Police Officer, Dhammika Jayalal Keerthi Iddamalgoda. She was the Second runner-up in the Mrs. Sri Lanka pageant in 1999.

She also acted in the teledrama Irabat Tharuwa, Abhisamaya, Hansa Geethaya, and stage drama Punchi Adara Balakirima. She won several awards. She received the Best Actress Award from the State Drama Festival Award for Punchi Adara Balakirima.In 2001, she won the Sumathi Award as Best Upcoming Actress for the teledrama Irabatu Tharuwa. In 2012, she received the Merit Award for Itnhin Mata Awasarai from the Sumathi Award.
