Also in 2010, Nargis stripped down for an ad for PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals). The ad aims to draw attention to the difficulties of the horses for pulling loaded carts or individuals who are looking for joyrides. Her body was covered by her long hair alone, as she seeks to warn the passengers that the joyrides are in fact joyless for the horses and can even bring harm for both the horses and the riders.

In 2011, she was a showstopper at the Eakani Jewels Show that was held during the International Jewellery Week in India. Nargis also walked the ramp at the 2012 Lakme Fashion Week for Mona Shroff Show.
