KRG Sharad

KRG Sharad is a supporting actor in the Tamil Movie Industry. He is a media and entertainment professional. KRG Sharad is known for his role in the movie Isai starring actor S. J. Surya. He was also part of the client servicing team in marketing and communication function in advertising agencies with film production studios and television broadcasters. KRG Sharad completed his schooling in Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan in Business/ Commerce in the year 1995 – 1996. During this time, he was a notable tennis player and represented India in Under 17. When he was 14 years old, he won the All India Bertram Table Tennis Singles. He was the youngest to have won this match. KRG Sharad then joined Loyola College for his undergraduate education.

He was a student of Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing in the year 1996 to the year 1999. There he won the All India University Tale Tennis Championship. He has also won many medals including three gold and one silver for Table Tennis at the National Games, and he was the runner-up in the National Doubles Table Tennis Championship. For his postgraduate education, KRG Sharad joined the Indian Institue of Planning and Management (IIPM) in New Delhi where he did a PG diploma course in Planning and Management. KRG Sharad first started as an Account Executive at Wunderman India Pvt Ltd from July of the year 2003 to April of the year 2004. This company was part of the Young & Rubicam Group Company.

KRG Sharad then became part of Star TV as the Senior Marketing Communications Manager of Vijay TV from 2004 to 2011. He was the General Manager Marketing in AGS Cinemas Pvt Ltd from April of the year 2011 to the year 2015 at Chennai, Tamil Nadu. He then became the Vice President Operations at Fame Digital Private Limited from November of the year 2015 to February of the year 2016. In March 2016, he joined the Sun TV Network Limited as the General Manager Marketing, content ideation, communication, and media partnerships. He worked there for about two years. He then shifted to Star Sports 1 Tamil channel of the Star TV Network where he worked as the head of marketing from March of the year 2018 to July of the same year. KRG Sharad then went back again to Sun TV Network Limited and continued his previous position as the General Manager Marketing from July of the year 2018.
