She graduated from Annamalai University in Chidambaram, Tamil Nadu. She has three children. Their names are Steffin, Shali Varsha, and Hena Kiru. Her hobbies are reading, socializing, watching movies. Kiruba made her professional acting debut in the Tamil film named Vanamagan (2017) by A. L. Vijay. The story of this film revolves around a rich girl Kavya who goes into a restricted area in Andaman with her friends to celebrate the New Year's Eve.
