In his school days, he developed a keen interest in photography when his father bought him his first camera. He thought of pursuing his career as personnel in Indian Cinema when he was very young. He has worked as a Cinematographer and camera operator for many plays, and short stories before entering the film industry. He made his debut in Indian film as a camera operator in 2003.
