Anil Sunkara is an Actor, Director and Producer in the Southern Cinema Industry of India. He works on Tamil and Telugu films of the South Indian film industry. He started his career as founder of “14 Reels Entertainment”. It is a Private company aimed at production and distribution of Indian Films. While their first film did not get good reviews at the box office, “Dookudu” their second film had one of the largest openings seen by a Telugu Film when it released in 2011. It received a collection of Rs. 12.58 Crores on the opening day itself which increased to a whopping Rs. 50.07 Crores in its first week only. This film turned out to be their entry into the 100 Crore club when the movie was finally removed from the screens.

They had such a successful run that it was nominated for Ten South Filmfare Awards and won six out of it. These awards included the award for Best Actor, Best Director and the Best Film.
