In 2009 she acted in a film called Kalakaar, in 2008 she was part of Chikmagalur Chikkamallige. After being part of and playing various characters in numerous Kannada movies, in the year 2017 Radhika received an offer to act in a mainstream Bollywood movie. The name of the film is not public yet, but the shooting of the movie has commenced in Mumbai.
