Rukshar Mir was born on October 12th 1993 in Ealing located in London, United Kingdom. By profession, she is an actress and a model. After her birth, her family came back to India and settled in Goa, India. She did her schooling from Manovikas English Medium School and then in the year 2007; she shifted to Bangalore, where she lives currently, and completed her high school education from Baldwin Girls’ High School. She has also been to Bishop Cotton Girls’ School and further went on studying humanities/arts.

She was an all-rounder as she was very good in both academics and co-curricular activities. She won many prizes in dancing, singing, acting, cooking, elocution, etc. During her schooling days, she used to love watching “MTV Scooty Teen Diva,” which was a reality contest in which contestants were judged by various attributes and skills. She wanted to participate in that since then and when she grew older; she went on to participating in it and became third runner-up.

Then in the year 2012, she participated in “Max Miss Bangalore,” the most renowned beauty pageant of the time, and out of 16 contestants, she finished as the second runner-up. After becoming the second runner-up in the beauty pageant, production houses started recognizing her, and she started doing ramp shows, modeling assignments, T.V. advertisements, and print ads for big brands. The print ads that she was in used to appear on the first page of the newspapers like “The Times of India.”
