Khalid Bin Shaheen is an actor and producer from Karachi, Pakistan. He was born on 28 March 1960. He studied at St. Pats College Karachi. He has also completed his MBA and PhD in Finance from the International University of Missouri, USA. He has been working as a Chairman of the Sindh Film Censor Board since 2020. He is also a veteran banker who worked in The Habib Bank Limited for ten years as the Regional Manager - of Asia Pacific, UK, and Oman for three years, as Director - of the Middle East Remittance Business for six years, and as Head FI & Global Remittances for one year.

He also served in the National Bank of Pakistan for 13 years as the Media Chief and SEVP / Group Chief - Global Home Remittance Management Group. He was also the chairman of NBP Exchange Company Limited from 2011 to 2022.
