Nazir Ahmad Khan was a famous Urdu actor, director, and producer who worked mainly in the Pakistani and Indian Film Industries. He was born in 1904 in Lahore, Pakistan, British India. In 1929, he shifted to Calcutta to fulfill his dreams and become an actor. He is the first successful hero to work in the silent era films in pre-partition India, later Pakistan.
