She met a studio owner in Lahore who set up a picture session for Saira and gave her portfolio to a film director. The director was delighted by her portfolio and hired her for his new project.
Saira works in the cinema and television industries. She has also made her appearance in a number of music videos. Ghunghat and Dream Girl, both of which she starred in, are two of her most successful feature films. Prandah and Beti, the drama that made her famous, are two of her popular television shows. Saira fled the entertainment industry, claiming it was full of deception and falsehoods. With her husband and children, she now resides in Lahore's Johar Town.
