Attaullah Khan Esakhelvi Niazi, also known as Lala, is a Pakistani musician. He was born on 19 August 1951 in Mianwali, Punjab Province, Pakistan. He developed an interest in music when he was a child, but music was forbidden in his home. Despite this fact, he still secretly learned more about music. When he was 18, he left home as his parents forbade him from singing. He worked from Mianwali while traveling within Pakistan. He relocated to Lahore after becoming a professional musician performing in Urdu, English, and Saraiki. He was married four times and had four times. Laraib Atta, his daughter, is a professional VFX artist. She has worked for several Hollywood films.

Sanwal Esakhelvi, his son, is pursuing a career in music. Khan has recorded over 50,000 songs in seven languages. In 1994, his name entered in the Guinness Book of World Records for the highest number of audio albums released. In 1991, he was awarded the Pride of Performance Award by the Government of Pakistan. He was also awarded the Sitara e Imtiaz by the President of Pakistan on 23 March 2019. He has his band, which travels with him.
