, who received the Evening Standard British Film Award, dedicated it to the favorite actor, Alan Rickman. She received the award for her comedy performance in the movie, “The Legend of Barney Thomson".
Stanley Tucci gave her the award, and when she received it, she announced it and paid her tribute to her friend, Alan.
She said, "I'd like to commit this moment in time to dearest Alan Rickman, who many of us are dearly missing tonight. It's very depressing, but there it is, it does happen. He did say I'd always end up looking like my mother, and he was right".
