, the rapper. In February 2015, Chester rear-ended the motorist, Terry Morgan. The motorist who kept quiet for a year has now sued over Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson, as they had negligently given the car key to their son, who drove recklessly and made the accident. It is also stated that Chester was under the influence of drugs. Terry cited Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson as the plaintiffs in the legal document. It is heard that as Chester pleaded not to call the police, Terry left the matter. However, Terry suffered from brain injury and whiplash, as his head dashed on the dashboard. So, he claims Tom and Rita for damages incurred. The 59-year-old actor hasn’t yet responded to the charges by Terry.
